10 lbs dry-aged ground beef (85/15)
10 lbs steaks dry-aged Angus steaks (a combination of Ribeye, New York, Top Sirloin, Tenderloin, Flat Iron or Chuck Steak)
8 - 10 lbs hearty roasts (a combination of Sirloin Tip, Eye of the Round, Chuck Roast, Arm Roast or Bottom Roast)
5 lbs stew meat
